AMERICORPS ORIENTATION
A Great Opportunity for students/graduates majoring in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Education, Criminal Justice and Counseling
In order to be considered for an AmeriCorps position you must attend an orientation.
This is the last orientation for 2009!
Where: The Exchange Club Family Center, 2180 Union Ave.
When: Saturday, July 11, 2009
Time: 12:00
AmeriCorps Requirements:
- 19 years of age or older
- 2 years of College (Preferred)
- Current Resume
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
Attendance at an orientation, an application, 3 confidential references and a transcript must be submitted by July 14, 2009, in order to be granted an interview.
All AmeriCorps positions receive an educational award.
Full-Time positions (only) receive a living allowance
