The Princeton Prize in Race Relations

The Princeton Prize in Race Relations, sponsered by Princeton University, is looking for students in grades 9-12 who “are doing outstanding work in their schools and communities to advance the cause of race relations.  Each year Princeton alumni volunteers in several regions across the United States invite these students to apply for a $1000 cash award.  This year the Princeton Prize will be offered in Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Cincinatti, Dallas, Essex/Hudson County New Jersey, Houston, Los Angeles, Memphis, Miami, Nashville, New York City, Northwestern New Jersey, Philadelphia, Princeton, Rochester, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington DC, and the state of Connecticut.” 

The deadline for applications is January 31, 2008.  Check out the website for application forms, brochures and other materials.
