Make Yourself Younger on Paper

This morning’s Wall Street Journal has an interesting article about Lisa Johnson Mandell, a 49-year-old woman who decided she needed to make some changes to compete with younger candidates on the job market.  The article details some slight changes she made in her job search strategy in order to eliminate her age as a factor.  Read the story here.
