Agape Child & Family Services is seeking a highly driven student with great ideas and admirable follow thru for the HR Analyst internship (unpaid). This internship will give the intern valuable, real-world experience, as well as providing Human Resources with additional administrative support. Well suited candidates should have a strong interest in human resources and organizational development. Student intern must be efficient, ability to effectively manage time, well organized, detail oriented, dependable, resourceful, computer literate, and ability to multi-task. Please note: Students must have clear background checks and also be able to sign the affirmation of faith.
Winter, Spring, and/or Summer –10-15 hours per week (flexibility)
Location: 5-10 minutes from campus! 111 Racine Memphis TN 38111 (some additional travel may be required)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Collects and analyzes data.
- Administers assigned functions, such as recruitment, classification review, compensation studies, employment analysis, leave and benefits administration.
- Tracks trends and developments in assigned functional areas.
- Conducts studies, performs research and prepares reports.
- Reviews, interprets and recommends policies.
