Applications Being Taken for Shelby County Citizens’ University
The Shelby County Mayor’s Office is now accepting applications for those who would like to be part of the Shelby County Citizens’ University. The next session begins January 28th and continues through April 15th.
“Citizens get a behind the scenes look at how county government works and how their tax dollars are spent,” says Mayor Mark H. Luttrell, Jr.
The eleven-week course will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.

• Public Works
• Public Affairs
• County Attorney
• Public Defender
• Office of Preparedness
• Elected Officials (Trustee, Sheriff, County Clerk, Assessor)
