In our Vehicle Service Attendant position you will be on your feet all day in a fast pace outdoor environment cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicles. You will also perform regular maintenance (non-mechanical services such as check tire pressure, fluid levels, gas the vehicle) in a timely and safe manner. You will also identify and report vehicle damage. Essential duties and responsibilities will vary.  In order to be considered for this outstanding opportunity you must be willing to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, previous detailing experience is a plus! VEHICLE SERVICE ATTENDANT REQUIREMENTS: • Must speak English • Must be 18 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent or preferred  • 6 months of prior work experience preferred • Physical ability to move in and out of vehicles  • Effective verbal communication skills to communicate with customers, co-workers and management • Driving experience with a valid Driver’s License (as mandated by state and location) and a good driving history • Must be willing to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays


As a Driver, you will work part-time, outdoors transporting our rental vehicles to and from various locations safely. You will assist other Avis Budget Group associates in maintaining a smooth and safe traffic flow throughout check in area and conduct the final inspection ensuring proper vehicle cleanliness; appearance and readiness meet company standards.   • Must have a high school diploma

Position Title: Housing Coordinator

Program Assignment: PDC

Immediate Supervisor: Program Manager

Summary: Under the direction of the Program manager (or designee), the Housing Coordinator has the following responsibilities: Oversee all housing programs, foster new housing partnerships, and provide input and expertise to achieve the agency’s strategic goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSILITIES

  1. Provide oversight to all Housing Programs and housing components of other programs within the agency including ensuring successful implementation, evaluation and coordination of services.
  2. Ensure that programs are in compliance with funding regulations, program goals, and stakeholder expectations.
  3. Coordination of Departments: Ensure that programs are successfully integrating supportive services and housing components to stabilize and improve housing, income, and health outcomes of participants.
  4. Identify property owners (private and non-profit) and negotiate master-lease agreements;
  5. Maintain cooperative relationships with property owners;
  6. Conducts unit inspections and determine that the units meet HUD’s Housing Quality Standards;
  7. Secure and maintain a sufficient amount of housing stock to provide program participants quick access to housing;
  8. Collect rent from program participants;
  9. Provide monthly unit inspections and report any lease violations to both the program participant and social services staff;
  10. Participate in regular collaborative meetings between social services and property management services; and
  11. Provide other services as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal, written communication skills and basic time management skills.

JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR full-time

Job Description

  • Train assigned employees and service participants (adults with disabilities) in all facets of janitorial work, including safe and efficient operation of equipment and supplies, cleaning techniques, time management and development of good work habits.
  • Allocate employees and service participants to specific work assignments to complete all specifications outlined in the contract on a daily basis.
  • Work with service participants in the performance of the duties outlined in the contract specifications.
  • Provide Program Manager with ongoing communication regarding progress of service participants, concerns or problems and contract progress or problems.
  • Daily quality inspection of all work assignments.
  • Train and monitor performance of crew chiefs.
  • Timely and accurate record keeping of the crew’s work hours, attendance and other reports that may be required by management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Work hours will generally be 8:30am-4:30pm Monday – Friday but may vary
  • Work duties will be conducted in various consumers’ homes thus confidentiality will be practiced at all times
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years’ work experience in the janitorial field.
  • Basic reading and writing skills.
  • Requires strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff.
  • Requires valid driver’s license, good driving record and proof of insurance.
  • Requires full use of body and ability to carry, lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Requires ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Requires ability to reach, bend, stoop and twist.
  • Requires ability to perform physical tasks associated with a variety of cleaning and custodial duties such as emptying trash containers, sweeping, mopping, etc.
  • Exposure to cleaning solvents.
