Join The Whimsy Cookie Company as our next Customer Service Rep! The Whimsy Girls are looking for a customer-oriented service rep to act as a liaison, provide product information accurately and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Assist customers with custom orders via phone, email or walk in.
  • Take payment via POS system
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through interactive communication
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve 100% satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process custom orders and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Engage and greet every customer who comes into Whimsy House

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong phone contact handling skills, email skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Customer service experience would be helpful
  • POS system experience would be helpful, not a must
  • High School Degree
