Memphis Business Journal Reports a Trampoline Park Is Scheduled to be Built; Hiring Will Take Place

“Construction: New biz bouncing into Cordova

A more than $500,000 permit was just submitted for a bouncing Cordova business.

Loeb Properties Inc. announced in September 2016 it had signed Urban Trampoline & Adventure Park at the Trinity Commons center on Germantown Parkway. And, a building permit valued at $600,000 was filed Jan. 5 for “trampoline park; build out.”

The facility is expected to have wall-to-wall trampolines, dodgeball courts, volleyball courts, slam dunk tracks, climbing walls and a ropes course.

About 45 people will be hired to staff the facility.”
