AC Refrigerator Service Technician – 1 opening

Works under the direction of the Public Safety Talent Manager in collaboration with the Police Services division to coordinate the City’s Blue Path career pathway program. Responsible for delivering qualified students into employment with the Memphis Police Department (MPD) as a Police Service Technician (PST). Collaborates with internal and external partners, including Southwest Tennessee Community College (SWTCC) and MPD to ensure that students are successfully advancing through their academic coursework towards an Associate’s degree.  Responsible for implementing program aspects such as recruitment, coaching, and coordinating PST rotations.  Establishes and refines Blue Path program policies and procedures and documents program results.  Designs and facilitates training & development workshops and program events with MPD for participants and supervisors.
