Provide guidance, direction and supervision to students in assigned dormitory in accordance with PRH Chapter 3; 3.16 Residential Living. Assist students in achievement of academic, career technical training, and employability goals. Assist students in development of self-management, independent living and community living skills. Model workplace expectations, and mentor and monitor students in achieving the Career Success Standards competencies.
An Associate Degree or equivalent and experience working in a residential setting are required. A Bachelor Degree is preferred. A Safe Driving record is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Effective organization skills.
Effective interpersonal skills.
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATIONS:
A valid Regular Driver License is required.

Sun & Mon: Off | Tue 10:45pm-7:45am | Wed 11:45pm-7:45am | Thu 11:00pm-7:45pm | Fri 3:00pm-10:45pm | Sat 11:15am-1045pm
