HR Generalist/Benefits Administrator
The HR Generalist and Benefits Administrator is a dual role reporting to the HR Manager. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must provide HR support in implementing and evaluating human resources, labor relations policies, company policies and procedures, and creating a positive employee relations environment. This support includes assistance in terminations, evaluating working conditions, conflict management and investigations involving harassment/ discrimination claims. Candidate is responsible for administering, processing and maintaining the benefit programs including health insurance, 401-k, employee assistance and wellness programs.
Must have a degree or certification in Human Resources or related field of study, 3 – 5 years of previous work experience and considerable knowledge of and practical experience with US workplace legislation and benefits. Candidate should possess strong software skills and communications skills.
