The Family Safety Center of Memphis and Shelby County, Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Memphis, TN, whose purpose is to effectively combine civil, criminal, health and social services in order to help victims of family violence. We are seeking a Director of Housing / Special Programs who is highly motivated and organized to build and manage our client services programs. This position will report to the Executive Director and will be an integral part of the growth of the organization.
Job Summary: Responsible for the organization’s operational success, ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, and quality control and evaluation for the housing program and special programs. Responsible for the planning, design, development, management, and monitoring of the housing program and special programs. Duties include managing daily operations, supervising staff and volunteers, overseeing implementation of client programs, and ensuring goals, objectives and outcomes are met.
