Freedom Co-op is a non profit agency that provides support persons for people with disabilities in the Memphis area. Our employees support our individuals in their daily activities in their homes and in the community while their families work. If you want to assist individuals with disabilities live a great life, then we a job for you. The starting pay is $9.25/hr after 180 days a raise and a bonus will be given. We have immediate openings on Mondays through Fridays 3p-9p and Saturdays 8a-1p in the Frayser area.




Must be 18 years old


Must have a high school diploma/GED


Must have or be willing to get CPR/First Aid certified


Must pass a fingerprint/background check


Must have computer skills


Must have a valid driver license


Must have a good working car


Valid car insurance

We have launched 2 re-entry programs called Turning Point and RISE.  The Turning PointProgram will service young adults 18-24 years of age that have some type of criminal background or touch point with the Justice System.  The RISE Program will service individuals that are 25 and up (6 months prior to release OR still on Probation/Parole) that have some type of criminal background or touch point with the Justice System.  This is an elective program that will provide case management, supportive services, and employment opportunities for those wanting to move forward and do better in our community.

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Central Station Manager, The Customer Monitoring Specialist
(Operator) reads and interprets coded, audible and visible signals received on alarm signal
board from the subscriber/customer premises. Such signals can include, but are not limited to
the opening and closing of protected premises, unlawful intrusions, or fire, etc. The CM
Specialist responds in a timely and professional manner; demonstrating clear voice tone and
telephone etiquette consistent with company policies and procedures. The CM Specialist
performs duties in accordance with SentryNet-Stanley established Core Values and Mission
