JOB DESCRIPTION:  RESTAURANT MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY

With limited supervision, the Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the front-of-the-house functions in a restaurant, including appearance, presentation, customer experience and professional leadership and direction to FOH employees, bartenders, wait staff, bussers and host. 

POSITION DETAILS

  • o    Assist with staffing level and determining which staff are assigned to each shift
  • o    Manages all employees to maintain high employment quality standards consistent with the Bass Pro Shops brand including, but not limited to, hiring, development, counseling, promotion, discipline and termination as appropriate.
  • o    Enforce safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for front-of-the-house. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances; all health inspections meet required state standards.
  • o    The operational basics and standards are adhered to with total commitment and passion through providing direction and guidance to employees.
  • o    Actively participates as a member of the management team.
  • o    Assists in the hiring and training and development of front-of-the-house employees.
  • o    Responds to guest comments and seeking opportunity to build customer count while educating and empowering other associates to act in similar capacity

JOB DESCRIPTION:  ASST. FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Position Summary:

The Front Office Assistant Manager helps support the manager in all aspects of the department including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing, and payroll in accordance with Big Cedar Lodge policies and procedures. The Front Office Assistant Manager helps provides leadership and support to all members of the Front Office Team, including Front Desk, Guest Services, & Transportation.  This assistant management position is also responsible for helping with the development and training of associates.

Expected Contributions:

  • o    Support management and help monitor activities of all employees in the Front Office department to ensure they adhere to the standards of the associate handbook, hotel policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where needed.
  • o    Maintain a professional and high-quality service oriented environment at all times, specializing in Genuine Ozarks Hospitality.
  • o    Act as high-level assistant manager for the hotel, dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.

Essential Functions:

  • o    Inform all Front Office staff of daily activities, group and VIP arrivals, as well as special requests and repeat guests. Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival and ensure escort to accommodations, if appropriate.
  • o    Undertake full responsibility for Scheduling and Payroll of the department.
  • o    Undertake full responsibility for managing operating expenses and purchasing for the department
  • o    Assist in creating Front Office Budget, monitor P&L and cash handling throughout the year. Supervise up-sell program at the Front Office to help maximize revenue for the resort.
  • o    Work closely with all other departments to improve guest services and foster cross-departmental communication, including Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Safety and Security, and Operations.
  • o    Assist in holding regular department meetings keeping staff informed of all activities in the hotel,
  • o    Reinforce standards of professionalism, and promoting a strong team atmosphere and culture.
  • o    Maintain availability to assume additional responsibilities, as needs of the resort dictate.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  PROMOTIONS MANAGER

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • o    Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • o    Plans and executes major Promotional events
  • o    Creates traffic-driving events and collaborates with basecamp to assure the appropriate execution of company-wide Marketing initiatives.

  • o    Assures advertising/promotional exposure within Basecamp and store budgets by submitting timely information for tabs, website pages, signage, ROP, etc. and by managing associated functions for the store (i.e., assuring timely and proper sign placement).
  • o    Plans and attends outdoor shows in local market.
  • o    Knowledgeable of advertised sales.
  • o    Keeps work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
  • o    Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Education and/or Experience

  • o    Conservation and outdoor experience/appreciation desired.
  • o    Degree in Conservation, Marketing or Communications or comparable working experience

Communication Skills

  • o    Public speaking ability is required
  • o    Superior writing skills are required

Other

  • o    Must be creative with high energy, enthusiasm and professional presence
  • o    Flexible schedule is required including nights, weekends and after hours involvement

Distribution Associate – Teleflex

Distribution Associate I

Duties:

  • Performs basic receiving & returns processing via SAP Gui and/or RF devices Inspection of materials to make usage decisions- Inventory adjustments and transfer requirements
  • Performs kitting of instruments and re-boxing of materials for shipment and/or storage
  • Ability to Manually build cartons and/or load corrugate to Box Maker machines, as well as manage machine settings and supplies required for production runs
  • Utilize Bartender software to create and reprint product labels for shipping and/or storage.
  • Manage supplies required for storage and shipping of products
  • Utilize Carts to perform picking tasks and improve workflow requirements
  • Uses WMS (SAP) proficiency for picking, auditing and packing orders to meet delivery requirements to Customers
  • Sorting & verifying materials against transfer order during audit process
  • Identify errors and/or exceptions in receiving, shipping and returns and notifies
  • Leads or support team for Resolution.
  • Interact with Conveyor system to move materials thru the warehouse processes.
  • Perform cycle count activity via SAP Gui and/or RF devices
  • Perform palletization and apply labels and tags to pallets prior to shipping according to defined warehouse processes.
  • Communicates with internal teams within warehouse to support distribution operations activity (QA, Inventory, Receiving and Returns)
  • Assists in training other associates as required. Accurately document results of outbound audits upon completion.
  • Identify and communicate all problems, damages, and/or concerns regarding staged outbound shipments to Leads and/or support team.
  • Verify Documentation matches freight description.
  • Separate material and verify lot number and quantity matches paperwork
  • Proficient in using UPS ConnectShip to process parcel orders and LTL orders and generate outputs required for Shipping.

Duties:

  • Utilize SAP Inventory Detail, allocation, availability and location
  • Follow SOP’s
  • Use of pallet jacks and electrical lift equipment
  • Actions must reflect consideration of FDA regulations, GMP’s, and company policies and procedures.
  • Generally direction received from procedures, policies, and objectives.
  • Reports issues, completions, and status of activities to supervisor or team leaders.
  • Use forklift to move and wrap pallets.
  • Picks and packs, as required, customer orders accurately using RF technology.
  • Uses SAP proficiency for confirming lines on customer transfer orders.
  • Assists in training other associates as required
  • Notifies Shipping Leads or Inventory Control of inventory discrepancies for materials required on customer orders.
  • Securely and neatly packs customer orders into boxes or onto skids depending on the shipping method.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Must have experience operating Stand up, Reach and Cherry picker.
  • Must have experience using RF Scanner
  • Must have High School Diploma/GED
  • Must be able to pass drug test
  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Experience with SAP
  • Shift Available:
  • 8AM-6:30PM Tuesday-Friday- Pay $14:30 Hourly, Payrate will be increased to $15Hr April 1st
  • 4AM-12:30PM Monday-Friday- Pay $14:30 Hourly, Payrate will be increased to $15r on April 1st
  • 12PM-8:30PM- Monday-Friday- Pay $14.30 Hourly, a 0.75 cents shift differential, Pay will be increased to $15 on April 1st
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
