Church Facility Manager
Mt. Moriah-East Baptist Church has an exciting opportunity for a talented and organized individual to serve as our full-time Facility Manager. This individual will manage maintenance and upkeep of our building and grounds. Candidates should have the ability to prioritize tasks, repair skills, communication and management skills.
Ensure building & grounds are always welcoming, safe, maintained, stocked and clean.
Pro-actively inspect and address maintenance issues and normal scheduled maintenance.
Identify, recruit/hire and manage a roster of contractors, employees and volunteers for short & long term maintenance of the building and grounds.
Work alongside all teams to ensure the building & grounds are clean, prepared and set-up to facilitate excellent ministry throughout the week and weekend.
In conjunction with church leadership and staff, manage the third-party contractor process including spec development, competitive bidding, contracting, work execution and successful completion of projects.
Be on-call for facility needs and emergencies.
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
General knowledge of building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and custodial skills
Service-oriented self-starter; personal integrity and dependability; warm, friendly and service-oriented philosophy
Ability to engage in physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, including ability to lift 75 lbs.
High degree of flexibility and tolerance for change
Able to work weekends/nights as required

Position: Freight Account Representative. Job order # 781493
The Freight Account Representative will aggressively develop and secure an established carrier base to build capacity and adequate coverage according to the strategic plan. The position purchases transportation services by qualifying potential contractors and finalizing agreements. The person in this role is pivotal for growing business for the organization and is responsible for matching freight to third party carriers and their available equipment. Responsibilities include heavy cold calling with strong relationship building skills, negotiating power, and the ability to multi-task while having fun doing it.

Market, service and promote Technicolor’s transportation products and services
Solicit new sales/business and identify opportunities for account penetration and growth through analysis/discovery, cold calling, and self-generated leads
Establish and maintain a regular book of freight business volume from new and existing customers
Follow through on each transaction from beginning to end by selling and closing each freight deal
Manage, develop, foster, build, and secure successful shipping and carrier relationships proactively; be a customer champion
Customer reporting and score carding
HS Diploma GED required
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, transportation, supply chain or related field strongly preferred
