Food Service Worker

Position Overview

Prepping and cooking meals on a daily basis, by following recipes and dietary guidelines. Responsible for maintaining excellent safety and sanitation standards within the department. Also responsible for helping to maintain kitchen stock areas and helping to check in/ put away stock as it is brought in. May be required to work at different campuses, as needed. Have at least six months of cooking experience in a school system, putting up stock, lifting, standing, serving meals, following health code.

Have knowledge of USDA guidelines

Additional Information

The shift hours are 10:30am-7:00pm. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Requirements

Six months of experience as a cook in a non-fast food restaurant or healthcare setting. Familiarity with basic kitchen principles, portioning, stock management, and health department regulations. High School Diploma or GED preferred. ServSafe Certification preferred.

Be able to stand for period of time.

Be able to raise, lower, and carry objects 25-50lbs.

Maintenance Tech

Position Overview

Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in a commercial establishment by performing the following duties.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED preferred

Must have at least 2 years of experience in general maintenance. Must be willing to travel. Experience running telephone and data lines; Cubicle setup. Prefer Electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Must be able to perform On Call duties (nights and weekends included). Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing preferred.

A mechanical aptitude and general skill knowledge in all areas of general structural and mechanical maintenance.

Special Education Teacher

Position Overview

· Plan for individual and group activities to stimulate growth in language, social, and other skills.

· Participate in training and in-service activities.

· Administer and interprets testing to determine academic needs.

· Develop and uses a variety of teaching techniques.

· Produce lesson plans that reflect the individual educational needs of students.

· Prepare reports in compliance with school guidelines.

· Maintain progress notes, attendance records, and grade scores in a timely manner.

· Other essential duties as needed.

· Candidates may have the opportunity to teach in specialized subjects

· Monday – Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in education with appropriate certification is required (K-12) Active Licensure in TN with an endorsement in Special Education is required Experience in special education or teaching experience in a clinical environment is preferred Experience working with at-risk youth a major plus Experience working with youth is required Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Basic computer knowledge Ability to maintain a flexible schedule

Master’s Level Clinical Liaison

Position Overview

· Serve as liaison between Residential staff and Counselors

· Working directly with youth on a daily basis providing individual, group and family therapy to each resident

· Completing admissions and discharges for the youth on our Residential campuses

· Facilitating treatment meetings and consultations

· Will work with the assistant director of clinical services

· A Clinical Liaison needs to be flexible, organized, patient, helpful, and dedicated to the treatment of the young people that we serve.

Requirements

A Master’s degree in a social services discipline is required Degrees that can be considered include: social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family

therapy. Other degrees will have to be evaluated further to determine if they meet the qualifications. Must be willing to pursue Tennessee licensure with supervision provided One year of counseling experience is required

Experience in a residential setting is preferred Experience working with an eating disorder population strongly preferred Experience working with at-risk youth is a preferred Experience working with youth is required Excellent written, verbal, and oral skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Basic computer knowledge Ability to maintain a flexible schedule Driver’s license required
