Zips Car Wash is seeking to onboard qualified team-leaders in their expanding chain of express car washes. Zips is built off a culture of safety, thoroughness, speed, friendship, structure, camaraderie and most importantly, STRONG, FOCUSED LEADERSHIP. Under the direction of the Regional Manager, District Managers oversee operations at their wash locations and create and sustain their sites to provide outside only wash services to customers in a clean, safe, friendly and fast-paced environment.
Site Manager: 
– Consistently upholds company policies for themselves and their site managers 
  – Is a highly effective communicator 
  – Strives to mentor and teach those under them to eventually take their place 
  – Has superior conflict resolution skills 
  – Continuously looks for process improvements and corrections 
  – Is an expert in time management 
  – Attends all training, meetings and relative events 
  – Always seeks to complete special projects by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities 
  – Empowers their team to perform at their best 
  – Stays aware of customer feedback through all sources     

– Working in all types of weather conditions 
  – Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time 
  – Ability to lift 50 pounds 

– Must have High School Diploma or equivalent (College Degree preferred) 
  – Enjoy working with customers 
  – Ability to work flexible hours including weekends with a minimum of 50 hours per week 
  – Travel within your district as appropriate to implement operations initiatives (70%) 
  – Ability to be courteous and act in a professional manner 
– Able to work independently 

– $47,500 – $60,000 a year not including bonuses

The Senior Brand Success Manager position is at the front lines of the company as you will help to ensure that we are always maintaining and improving client relationships. We are looking for this person to be committed in becoming the trusted advisor for our clients’ internet marketing needs and to help grow each client with the full range of HigherVisibility solutions.
– Successfully manage relationships with a variety of clients
– Research and understand your client’s industries and competitors
– Effectively communicate strategy, campaign updates, report, and other items to your clients
– Identify opportunities to build lasting relationships with the main point of contact within the client’s organization
– Monitor SEO and PPC campaign status’ for all client’s sites
– Identifying and monitoring key goals and initiatives for national clients to achieve their goals
– Holding regular weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meeting with each account point of contact
– Investigate and resolve issues raised by national clients through internal team members or directly with the client
– Take a proactive approach to servicing your client base.
– Arranging meetings with all relevant decision-makers for the client to review campaign progress and future strategies every quarter or six months as needed by the client
– Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales to align with overall client goals and future service additions to client portfolio
– Meet or exceed retention goals on a quarterly and yearly basis or as set by upper management
– Be willing to make suggestions for process improvements to senior staff
– Be a Digital Marketing Certified Associate
