Eversana – Job Fair for Material Handlers 3/10-3/11

Eversana will host an Invitation Only Job Fair on:
Tuesday March 10th and Wednesday March 11th 2020

We are looking for Material Handlers. The most important aspect of this
position is to productively execute the fulfillment functions for all order
processing, including picking and packing product, along with manifesting and staging finished shipments per the EVERSANA SOPs.

SHIFTS
1ST: Monday-Friday; 8am to 5pm
2nd: Monday-Friday; 1pm to 9:45pm
3rd: Monday-Friday;10pm to 6:45am

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform all tasks assigned by Supervisor or designee.

• Comply with all SOPs

• Operate EVERSANA RF device

• Adhere to Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

• Contribute to a safe operational environment by strictly complying with all EVERSANA safety requirements

• Adhere to all formal standard operating procedures that control the order fulfillment process in control room temperature areas.

• Meet shift requirement as assigned

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• High School Diploma/GED required

• Prior fulfillment experience in a distribution environment preferred

• Good verbal skills are required

• Basic math skills are required, but a calculator may be used.

• Good attendance and ability to follow instructions without deviation are also required.

PERSONAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES/QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work in team environment.

• Ability to focus on detail and quality.

• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

• Ability to efficiently use IT hardware, software and peripherals as it pertains to the performance of

daily tasks.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Environmental demands include walking or standing at a minimum of 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing tasks in a busy DC environment. Bending, squatting, pivoting and stooping may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

JOB TITLE: SPECIAL OFFICER
***(Please note there are 2 positions online, you must apply for both to be considered for both.)***

Duties: Assist in the protection and security of Division personnel and property and any other phase of security work as directed.

High school diploma or General Education Development (G.E.D.).
Must have 2 years full-time Corporate Security or law enforcement
experience. Must have a current Tennessee Armed Guard license
and possess the appropriate registration card as required by the
Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, (current
POST certified officers are exempt from this requirement). Must
meet the qualifications to obtain and maintain a Special Deputy
Sheriff’s Commission through the Shelby County Sheriff’s
Department. Must complete NIMS Training within 1 year of
entering job.

Must not have been convicted of or pleaded guilty to
any felony or misdemeanor to any federal/state laws or city
ordinance. Must have not been released or discharged under any
condition other than honorable from any of the armed forces of the
United States. Must have at least 20/70 vision in each eye
corrected to 20/20 with normal color vision and depth perception.
Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Works inside and outside. Subject to hazards of security work.

Shift work required.
