Here’s your opportunity to support an Enterprise-level U.S. Navy Call Center focused on responding to payroll, personnel support and Human Resource inquiries involving phone calls, emails and voice mails.
To qualify for this position, you will need:
· Preferred – experience using a Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) tool.
· DOD Secret Security Clearance – If you had a clearance within the past 24 months, we may be able to reactivate it.
