Oversees the Stormwater Enterprise Fund to ensure accuracy in billing.  Creates and prepares various reports and correspondences to include statistics and metrics utilizing various computer applications.  Interacts and communicates verbally and in writing with general public, management, and other staff members on a variety of stormwater program issues and concerns.
