Team Leader Coach (Store Manager)
Under the leadership of the Regional Director. The TLC is responsible for the successful operation of the retail stores to insure high standards of customer service satisfaction.  The TLC hires, trains, supervise and evaluate team members within the framework of Goodwill policies and procedures, manages annual budget, etc. Must be able to work at any store location and work any shift based on operational need, and have a reliable means of transportation. Merchandising knowledge, industry trends, and competitive pricing experience preferred. Must have administrative and supervisory experience to ensure efficient, profitable operations.  Five years of management level work experience. Three years’ experience in a retail environment; apparel background a plus. High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Assistant Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager)
Assists the Team Leader Coach (Store Manager) in the day-to-day operations of the retail stores to insure high standards of customer relations, team work and productivity. Must be flexible to work at any store location and work any shift based on operational need, and have a reliable means of transportation.  Must have a minimum 3 yrs. management level work experience, preferably in a retail environment. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Key Holder Great Opportunity for Team Members interested in entry into Management
Works under the direct supervision of the Team Leader Coach and Assistant Team Leader; while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Retail Stores, Bargain Centers, Outlets, and/or Bookstores.  The Key Holder adheres to all Goodwill’s policies and procedures; follows good safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to the Team Leader Coach. Assist with the day-to-day operations; including opening and occasional closing of the Retail Store.

ADC Attendant
Provides world class customer service at the donation center drop-off sites, accepts and sorts donations from the public. Processes and secures donations until picked up by the Goodwill truck. Must be responsible and able to work independently with the ability to lift up to 50lbs.   Schedule varies.

Retail Store Associate
Cashier / Sales
Floor Associate- Operates the cash register while providing world class customer service, security and maintenance of the donated goods.  Transports merchandise to the sales floor and stocks shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to bend, reach, stand and walk during assigned shifts.  Must have previous customer service experience and the ability to perform basic math skills.

Pricer- Prices merchandise using our baseline pricing guide; paying special attention to items that can be of exceptional value.  Keeps abreast of merchandise knowledge, industry trends and competitive pricing.  Keep pricing area clean and organized.  Ability to bend, reach, and stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis.  Ability to read, write, communicate verbally, and perform basic math skills.  Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.

Donor Greeter- Greets donors in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner; assists in unloading donations from vehicles, offer tax receipts, maintains accurate daily counts of donations.  Ability to bend, reach, and stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 60lbs. on a regular basis.  Ability to read, write, communicate verbally, and perform basic math skills.  Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.

Grader/Hanger- Sorts apparel into salvage and salable categories.  Places all salable apparel in the appropriate bin to prepare for hanging.  Maintains accurate hang and sort counts.  Maintains sorting and processing area in a neat and clean condition at all times.  Ability to bend, reach, and stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis.  Ability to read, write, communicate verbally, and perform basic math skills.  Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.

Janitor/Housekeeper
Responsible for cleaning the public and office areas of the assigned government contract locations to provide a clean, safe and attractive environment for the employees and visitors.  Must be able to use arm dexterity to operate heavy duty motorized equipment to refinish floors and shampoo carpets.

Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping
Under the leadership of the Director of Facility Maintenance, will be responsible for the cultivation, landscaping and grounds maintenance of Memphis Goodwill contract sites, carry out all duties required to create and maintain an aesthetically pleasing horticultural environment. These duties may include planting, trimming, administering pesticides and additional functions associated with the design and upkeep of external and internal landscaping. The Grounds Maintenance Worker will ensure quality control processes and procedures, while ensuring compliance with contract specifications, OSHA safety regulations, and promoting a positive Memphis Goodwill image.

Salvage/Material Handler (Dock Worker)
Assists in loading and unloading the Goodwill Trucks when needed.  Responsible for operating the baler, sorting donated goods into usable, salvage, or trash. Must be able to use arm dexterity to operate baling equipment and have the ability to understand and follow instructions.  Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.  Must be able to work under extreme weather conditions and be able to work flexible shifts including weekends

Description:
The Account Executive will possess consultative sales skills and excel in developing objective-based integrated marketing campaigns across multiple properties consisting of print, digital and event sponsorships.
The Account Executive must be polished and comfortable working with large corporations and high-growth
small- to medium-sized businesses to identify the needs of these prospects and communicate the value of
ACBJ’s suite of products and services. The Account Executive must be a strong prospector and comfortable with closing new business deals. He or she should excel at building rapport with prospects in person, on the phone and via email. He or she should be able to solve complex problems quickly and provide the appropriate
solutions.

Duties:

The performance of Account Executives will be evaluated according to the standards below. These targets are the expected level of performance and may be re-evaluated in order to help the AE achieve success.
Performance that falls below the minimum defined standard is job threatening.
A. Goals and Quotas: Yearly and monthly goals will be set by the Advertising Director. Account Executives should, at a minimum, meet their monthly and yearly quotas, and should strive to exceed them.
B. New Business Targets and Prospecting: Proactively contact new-to-company prospects to generate new streams of ACBJ revenue. The Account Executive will need to quickly qualify genuine opportunities and move these to the next stage of the sales process or move on in cases where no worthwhile opportunity
exists.
C. Sales Activity: Account Executives are expected to conduct a minimum of 5-7 client meetings weekly to build a pipeline of business and ultimately closed contracts.
D. Business Acumen: Understand the business issues affecting specific prospects and/or industries and ensure that this knowledge is the foundation for our communication.
E. Product Knowledge/Market Intelligence: Clearly express the value proposition and benefits of ACBJ’s products and solutions and use this knowledge to ensure that solutions address clear business needs for the client. Account Executives are expected to read content produced by ACBJ daily and stay informed of media industry trends as well as trends affecting client’s industries.
F. Forecast: Manage sales pipeline and revenue forecast in Salesforce to ensure accurate recording of prospecting activity, conversion success, and active sales opportunities at each stage of the sales process as well as future new business revenue.
G. Managing Prospect and Client Information: Keep accurate and clear records within Salesforce to provide a solid deal and contact history that clearly shows the steps taken to reach each transaction.
H. Policies and Guidelines: Adhere to the ACBJ corporate policies set in place.
I. Communication and Teamwork: Account Executives should keep the Advertising Director apprised of their schedules and developments with their accounts via Salesforce. Administrative tasks must be completed in a timely manner as set forth by executive management. They are expected to work cooperatively and collaboratively with their clients, members of other departments, and ACBJ corporate personnel.
J. Community: Account Executives are expected to participate in all Business Unit-sponsored events and to provide input as to which of their clients and prospects should be invited.
K. Professional Development: Account Executives are expected to participate in all training offered by ACBJ. In addition, they should participate in at least one other training opportunity each year, as agreed upon with the Advertising Director.
L. Other: Account Executives should be prepared to assist with any other task or project assigned by the Advertising Director.

Basic Qualifications:
A. BA/BS degree.
B. 2+ years media sales experience with digital advertising preferred.
C. Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships.
D. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools like SalesForce.
E. Well versed in a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Provide vision and leadership to the entire Sales & Hospitality team

JOB DESCRIPTION

A customer service attendant is the primary point of contact between a business and its customers. If customers want to place an order, find information, return a purchase or make a complaint, they will invariably talk to a customer service attendant.

Responsibilities & Duties: The attendant has the responsibility to oversee the daily functions related to interacting with members, guests and visitors on a daily basis. Must have the ability to welcome members, guests and visitors and have a friendly and helpful attitude. Attendant must have a neat and clean appearance as he/she is often the representative of the company that will have the most interaction with the customer. The attendant should have previous customer service experience, possess personable skills; a positive attitude is essential and must possess strong attention to detail. The attendant must be able to follow as well as execute set policies and guidelines at all times, be able to communicate effectively and exercise good judgment when necessary. The Attendant must be social media savvy, specifically Facebook. He/She should enjoy working with people, exhibit a professional demeanor and display patience when dealing with challenging situations.

Duties to include:

  • Inform customers on products, pricing, & processing times.
  • Instruct and assist customers on placing orders via iPad Kiosk.
  • Process orders and transactions.
  • Convert contacts with customers into Facebook fans of our business page or visitors to website.
  • Coordinate and distribute products to customers at scheduled pick up times.
  • Monitor activity on company social media business page, such as replying to customer inquiries, directing customers to business fan page and search Facebook for images of customers using products.
  • Answer all incoming calls and questions or concerns users may have.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • Must be able to use a computer
  • At least 1 full year customer service experience or working with the public
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
  • Attendant must be able to stand for extended periods of time able to life a minimum of 15 lbs.

– become familiar with a variety of lens designs and enhancements

This is a full-time position. Candidates must have a 3 year stable job history. No prior optometric experience required. We will train the right person.
