The Director of Wellness Program Administration will be an new addition to the management team at The Prevention Group and contribute to the company in several areas which include: design, implement and administer group wellness program benefits for employer customers, review program offerings for compliance with state and federal regulations, manage and staff a newly created department, define and adapt revenue streams within the wellness arena, connect with health plans to create synergies between the wellness and provider contracting departments, plan a department budget, work with marketing to develop communications and materials for new plans, work with IT to develop infrastructure, work with Operations to integrate activities with clinical data and all departments to support the success and sales of the new products.
Position is based in Memphis and relocation will be available
The Prevention Group/Lifesigns owns and operates medical facilities which provide comprehensive prevention focused primary care. Founded in Memphis in 1992, Lifesigns offers a prevention centered medical home for patients and a prevention partner for employer based wellness. Lifesigns currently serves the Raleigh, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Memphis, and Nashville markets. Lifesigns is marketed primarily through employers and reimbursed through health plans. Lifesigns centers provide physician-directed testing and consultation by Board Certified Physicians to identify developing health risks and appropriate long-term follow up care. The Prevention Group/Lifesigns
The Church Health Center of Memphis; a not for profit organization, is currently seeking a full time Medical Assistant for its primary clinic. The Medical Assistant provides direct patient care by facilitating initial patient screening and assisting clinic physicians as needed. Bilingual in Spanish and X-ray certification is a plus for this position.
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00am –5:00pm- however, some flexibility in hours worked will be required on the part of the chosen candidate.
