Skilled professional with 2+ years’ experience in Windows network environment. Will resolve onsite technical issues and manage help desk.
Requirements: Associate’s degree and knowledge of hardware and software installation/troubleshooting, networking, technical support. Manage ticketing system including work orders, quoting, purchasing and inventory. Maintain department documentation. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Telecom and iOS/Apple experience a plus. Excellent communication skills; independent work within team environment.
