Tenting & Flooring Manager

  • Computer Entry and  Physical Control of all Tenting and related Inventory Inventoried at      Memphis Location
  • Manage a staff up to 20  personnel
  • Plan daily activities for  all Tenting & Flooring personnel
  • Communicate with other  Inventory managers in the Network
  • Able to read and write reports
  • Bring efficiencies and  better business practices to the workplace
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Repair and production work  on all Inventories
  • Manage Payroll hours and expenses.
  • Manage safety program
  • Reports to Local Warehouse Manager & National Operations

Rate of Pay is $ 18.00- $ 22.00 an hour depending on work experience.

 

Tenting & Flooring Lead

  • Lead the staff in daily work to ensure all planned work is completed and measured.
  • Works physically with the  staff in daily work as set by Manager
  • Wash and dry Tenting Vinyl
  • Inventory Tent parts and drive the counting process
  • Assist manager to control and set hours of all workers.
  • Drive warehouse forklifts
  • Able to lift 75 pounds  plus
  • Assist manager in driving  safety program.
  • Assist manager with shipping and receiving
  • Reports to Tenting &  Flooring Manager

  • Work in outdoor climate year round

Rate of pay is $ 12.00- $ 14.00 an hour depending on work experience

 

Tent Washing and Drying Crew  

  • Wash & Dry vinyl tent  tops and walls

  • Load and Unload trucks
  • Able to lift 75 pounds  plus
  • Must be punctual
  • Work in outdoor climate year round

Desired Skills & Experience
