Job Title: Human Resources Representative II
Duties: Apply intermediate professional level work to research, interview and investigate various complaints, claims, charges, job placements and inquiries concerning human resources issues; review, develop, administer and communicate programs; interview/select part-time and full-time employees; prepare and analyze statistical data for internal/external reporting; maintain a computerized tracking system; establish/maintain contact with outside agencies for recruitment, claims and information purposes; prepare summaries, articles, publications, reports and other pertinent documents; work on projects; and train/inform employees in human resources policies/practices, fair employment laws, insurance/pension benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related area, with 2-4 years professional-level experience in employee selection/recruitment. Must successfully complete Lopez Assessment Certification within 90 day period. A professional accreditation as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) preferred. Must have computer software skills in word processing, presentation and spreadsheets. Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Works inside majority of time. Subject to hazards associated with conducting interviews and investigations.

Job Title: Manger, Transportation & Supply Operations
Duties: Plan, organize, direct and control the overall operations of the Transportation and Supply Operations functions to include Fleet Management, Primary/Service Center Supply Operations, Heavy Equipment Operations, Fabrication Welding, Machine and Sheet Metal Operations, Erection and Maintenance of Steel Structures, Centralized Construction Tool Room and Small Engine Repair Shop, Investment Recovery/Salvage/Recycled Material Operations, Company Store, Fleet Control Area specifications and purchases, Tool Room Control Area specifications and purchases, and related activities to meet departmental goals/objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Master’s Degree preferred. Must have 4-6 years of experience in Fleet Management and/or Supply Operations or 2-4 years Assistant level experience. Must have 2 years of supervisory experience. Must successfully complete NIMS Training within 1 year of entering job. Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Job Title: Computer Software Specialist III
Duties: Apply advanced-level business and information technology system practices and/or project management methodology in analyzing information requirements to determine hardware/ software solutions; develop project plans; and implement, develop or maintain enterprise information systems to meet project deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Business with a concentration in Information Systems or Math with a concentration in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 hours college accredited Information Technology or Information Systems courses plus six (6) years of equivalent experience in database, computer hardware/software, mainframe, networking, programming or system analysis skills depending on departmental need. Must meet proficiency requirements. Must have at least one (1) year of demonstrated experience as the primary support person for a particular system or application and at least demonstrated knowledge and skills in one (1) or more of the fields listed below. Experience and knowledge requirements will vary according to area and departmental needs. Systems Programming: TCP/IP, Unix 11.0, LINUX, Appworx or Apache Server, Windows server, Novell Netware, VPN, and Windows 2003/8. Networking: Novell Netware, Unix, Group Wise VPN, Security Systems, Windows 2003 Server, and Windows 2008 Server. Desktop Support: Windows 2000XPVista/7, Group Wise, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Visio, TOAD, Unix, Linux, desktop management, desktop virtualization, and thin-client PCs. Works inside under good conditions.
