|The International Visitors Program Coordinator (part-time) is responsible for the coordination and oversight for all areas involving the education and training of international healthcare professionals participating in the St. Jude International Outreach Program’s (IOP) International Visitor’s Program (IVP). Programmatic responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations pertaining to observership training at St. Jude, coordinates the selection and acceptance process for candidates applying to participate in the IVP, coordinates travel and accommodations requirements with visitors, coordinates IVP observerships with St. Jude Departments and Faulty, performs ongoing updates for the computer database, updates and maintains brochures and internet/intranet content, and coordinates relevant pre and post visit surveys, coordinates observership goals and objectives for the visits and identifies specific outcomes for IVP observerships. 8 AM to 2 pm
Bachelor’s degree in education, nursing, health care administration or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Bilingual (with preference to Spanish-English), write-read-speak highly desirable.
Four (4) years of program administration and implementation experience required. Familiarity with international graduate medical education and/or continuing medical education certification and accreditation required.
